Going to reduce the price this week so it will be open this weekend at the new reduced price. Lots of traffic through last weekend. Price going from $598,888 to $579,950-$584,950.     My daughter, Kailey Sanchez, IS home for the summer (6/15-9/1/15) from College and is available for hire on an hourly basis. Kailey is a business major at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is almost fluent in Spanish. She can help out with several aspects of our business, including, but not limited to, hosting Broker’s Opens and Open Houses, meeting tradespeople or inspectors, flyer creation and/or flyer distribution (walking of your farm), database input, scheduling of inspections, etc.

    She will be in the office with me tomorrow if you want to stop by and say Hello and talk to her about anything you might need some help with.
