Sotheby’s International Realty Brand Enters Fiji

New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty to Provide Luxury Residential Real Estate Services
in New Global Market

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced that it has signed an agreement with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty to expand the firm’s operations into Fiji, which will increase the global footprint of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand.

“Fiji is known for its unique beauty and global appeal, which are attractive to the international buyer,” said Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “The Sotheby’s International Realty brand is dedicated to providing luxury real estate services in the most sought after destinations in the world. We are proud to expand our brand presence into Fiji.”

New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty joined the Sotheby’s International Realty network in 2006 under the leadership of Co-Owners and Managing Directors Julian Brown and Mark Harris. Since then, the firm has expanded and now has 12 office locations throughout New Zealand with plans to open an office in Fiji in the first quarter of 2017.

Hometown Holiday Parade

It’s already December and the holiday celebrations begin in downtown Pleasanton!

Parade this Saturday

Come home for the holidays with Pleasanton’s Hometown Holiday Celebration. The Holiday Parade begins at 5pm and includes floats, marching bands, community groups and more!

Then gather at the Museum on Main at 603 Main Street for a Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:45 pm. Mayor Jerry Thorne will be lighting the tree alongside musical entertainment and an appearance by Santa!
